About the Role We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Concrete Batcher/Dispatcher to join our team in Christchurch. In this role, you will work closely with the Plant Manager and play a vital part in ensuring the quality and timely production of ReadyMix Concrete. Your primary responsibilities will include taking and tracking orders, scheduling deliveries, accurately batching quality concrete, managing raw materials, and ensuring compliance with environmental and quality control standards. While previous industry experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement, as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training to help you develop your skills. Requirements To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications: - The ability to precisely follow production processes with strong attention to detail - Skills to prioritize tasks, remain calm, and make decisions under pressure - Intermediate computer skills with experience in basic software packages - A strong customer service focus - Effective communication skills to interact well with colleagues and customers Safety is a priority in our workplace, and we expect all team members to uphold this standard.
