About the Role We are currently seeking labourers to join various teams focused on roading, earthworks, and drainage. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in Civil Construction. Job Specifics In this role, you will be involved in labouring and groundwork activities, which include tasks such as shovel work, compaction, raking, boxing, drainage, and trenching. You may also operate machinery, including loaders, rollers, and excavators. The hourly pay ranges from $24.00 to $28.00, depending on your experience and licenses. These positions will provide you exposure to a variety of specialized crews in areas such as landscaping, civil construction, drainage, road maintenance, and asphalting. Requirements To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria: - Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test - Hold a minimum of a full class 1 license - Be physically fit - WTR endorsements are highly advantageous - Possess the right to work in New Zealand long-term (valid work visa, residency, or citizenship) Benefits We offer ongoing work with opportunities for temporary to permanent positions.
