    About the Company At Manaaki Ora, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive support services through our Te Whare Rongomau initiative. Our goal is to address whānau violence and abuse with a range of responses designed to meet the needs of those affected. We take pride in delivering services from a kaupapa Māori perspective, focusing on meaningful and culturally relevant support. About the Role We are seeking a dynamic individual with experience in family harm who is passionate about enhancing the wellbeing of whānau. In this role, you will collaborate with a dedicated and hardworking team to provide quality responses to individuals experiencing or exhibiting family harm. To achieve successful outcomes, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: - Exceptional advocacy skills - Competence in working with a diverse client group - A strong sense of innovation and motivation - Confidence in facilitating group sessions, events, and promotions - A clean and current Class 1 Full Driver's Licence - Proficient written and verbal communication skills - Cultural competency, with a deep understanding of kaupapa Māori service delivery and practices - Knowledge of whānau, hapū, iwi, and the implications of Te Tiriti O Waitangi for Māori health and wellbeing If you believe you meet these qualifications, we encourage you to reach out to us.
