K and M Enterprise Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Kitchenhand to join our Indian takeaway business located in Auckland CBD, New Zealand. About the Role
As a Kitchenhand, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen. Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning kitchens and food preparation areas
- Washing utensils, pots, pans, and other cooking equipment
- Removing rubbish and ensuring all working areas are kept clean
- Implementing hygiene and health & safety regulations
- Ensuring kitchen equipment is in good working order and reporting any issues
- Assisting chefs and cooks by fetching ingredients, retrieving equipment, and performing other tasks as requested
We are looking for individuals who are responsible, respectful, and able to follow instructions effectively.
Requirements

Experience or Qualifications
No prior experience or qualifications are necessary, as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training to ensure you are well-prepared for your role.
Hours and Position
This is a full-time permanent position, offering a minimum of 35 hours per week.
Pay Rate
The pay rate for this position ranges from $25 to $30 per hour, based on experience and performance.
