Our innovative spirit is evident in every experience we provide. About the Role We are excited to offer a Lead Maintenance position within our supportive team. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. In this position, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver efficient and effective maintenance services across our village. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that facilities and grounds are well-maintained and provide a safe environment for all residents, staff, and visitors. You will collaborate with the Ryman Property team and Facilities Manager to execute the planned preventative maintenance and refurbishment program. As a health and safety champion, you will ensure that all health and safety policies and procedures are followed by staff and contractors, maintaining a safe environment at all times. Building strong relationships with your team and colleagues will be key to your success in this role.
