About the Role We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our high standards while contributing to a collaborative and energetic work environment. Requirements To be considered for this position, you should possess a relevant qualification in Level 4 cookery or have at least three years of experience in the culinary field. We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in Indian, South Indian cuisine, Chaats, and Indo-Chinese dishes. As a Cook, you will also be responsible for supporting and training kitchen staff, ensuring a commitment to cleanliness, quality, and speed. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude and the flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and during busy hours.
