Starting pay is $23.50 per hour, with opportunities for increased earnings based on your role and certifications. If you become Gold Star certified and work as a Cook, your hourly rate can rise to $24.74. As a Shift Supervisor, you can earn up to $29.63 per hour. We offer flexible full-time and part-time positions that can accommodate your lifestyle. Additionally, if you work for more than four hours, we provide a free meal to keep you energized during your shift. What You Will Be Doing As a Customer Champion, you will deliver excellent service to our customers, preparing and serving delicious KFC meals while maintaining a clean and organized store environment. For those in the Cook position, your responsibilities will include preparing our secret recipe chicken, breading, and cooking it to perfection. You will also ensure that your kitchen is clean and well-stocked with fresh chicken supplies. If you take on the role of Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for guiding your team to provide exceptional service throughout your shift.
