About the Role We are currently seeking a qualified heavy fabricator to join our team on a full-time basis. This position operates from Monday to Friday, offering steady hours from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no weekend work. We are looking for someone who is skilled in flux core, MIG, and TIG welding, and who takes pride in their work and reliability. You will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of both team-based and solo projects, contributing to our ongoing success. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria: - Trade qualification in alloy or heavy steel fabrication - Proficiency in Flux Core, MIG, and TIG welding processes - Ability to read and interpret plans accurately - A proven track record of reliability and self-management - Strong commitment to workplace health and safety - Comfort in working both independently and as part of a team - A proactive approach that sets a positive example and demonstrates a strong work ethic Benefits In return for your expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive pay rate based on your experience.
