About the Role We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager / Relationship Manager to join our passionate team. In this role, you will work closely with our CEO to expand our Workplace Communication services and industry training programs for employers and their teams across Aotearoa. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a values-based, impact-focused organization that empowers Māori and Pacific learners while uplifting communities. Who are we looking for The ideal candidate will be a results-driven and people-focused professional who excels at making genuine connections and achieving targets. We are looking for someone who is motivated by purpose and has a deep passion for adult education. While experience in the education sector is a plus, it is your determination to succeed and build lasting partnerships that truly matters. Key Responsibilities - Grow and strengthen existing business partnerships - Identify and secure new business and community fundraising opportunities - Work strategically with the CEO to develop and implement partnership plans You will bring - Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills - Proven experience in generating new business - Confidence to work both independently and collaboratively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create proposals and deliver presentations - Attention to detail in documentation and reporting - A clean Police Check Benefits We offer a rewarding, fast-paced role that is rich in purpose and variety.
