About the Company
W Hamilton is a dynamic and award-winning construction company recognized for delivering exceptional craftsmanship in high-end residential new builds, distinctive architectural renovations, and commercial projects. Our strong reputation is built on trust, quality, and professionalism. As we embark on an exciting new phase of growth, we are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Foreman to join our team.
About the Role
In this Senior Foreman position, you will lead a skilled carpentry team and collaborate closely with our solutions-focused office team, including an in-house Quantity Surveying division. We value collaboration and innovation, and our commitment to success is unwavering.

You will be responsible for maintaining project documentation and communicating effectively with management, QS teams, and clients to ensure that any variations and changes are clearly understood and acted upon.
Additionally, you will guide junior staff by providing constructive feedback and fostering a professional site culture.
