About the Role We are currently seeking Customer Champions, Cooks, and Shift Supervisors to help us deliver exceptional service to our customers. As a Customer Champion, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service, preparing and serving our delicious meals, and working collaboratively with your team to maintain a clean and organized store. In the Cook role, you will prepare our secret recipe chicken, ensuring it is breaded and cooked to perfection. You will also maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and manage our fresh chicken supplies. As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead your team to provide excellent service throughout the shift, ensuring that our customers receive the best experience possible. We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with flexible hours to accommodate your lifestyle. In addition, if you work for more than four hours in a shift, you will receive a complimentary meal. Requirements We are looking for candidates with a positive attitude and a willingness to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Benefits Starting pay begins at $23.50 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $24.74 if you are Gold Star certified and working a Cook shift. Shift Supervisors can earn up to $29.63 per hour.
