About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced midwife for a rewarding and flexible permanent position as a Clinical Midwife Coordinator (CMC) within our Maternity Services team. This role offers the opportunity for personal and professional growth while making a positive impact on the lives of families. As a Clinical Midwife Coordinator, you will be instrumental in providing day-to-day clinical support, leadership, and coordination of staff, systems, and resources. You will work closely with a dedicated team of CMCs and Senior Midwives to ensure seamless patient care, maintain patient flow, and oversee safe and timely admissions, transfers, and discharges.
