About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced midwife for a rewarding and flexible permanent position as a Clinical Midwife Coordinator (CMC) within our Maternity Services team. This role offers the opportunity for personal and professional growth while making a positive impact on the lives of families. As a Clinical Midwife Coordinator, you will be instrumental in providing day-to-day clinical support, leadership, and coordination of staff, systems, and resources. You will work closely with a dedicated team of CMCs and Senior Midwives to ensure seamless patient care, maintain patient flow, and oversee safe and timely admissions, transfers, and discharges. Your strong communication skills and cultural awareness will enable you to connect effectively with diverse communities and provide culturally safe care. You are driven by a desire to address health inequities and enhance outcomes for all, particularly for vulnerable groups. Your dedication to clinical excellence and continuous improvement distinguishes you as a leader in your field.
