About the Role Mainfreight Transport Ashburton is seeking a dedicated Class 2 Owner Driver to become part of our dynamic team. As an Owner Driver with Mainfreight, your daily responsibilities will include: - Hubbing freight through our top-tier facilities alongside our expert operations teams. - Safely loading, securing, and unloading freight. - Managing the timely and damage-free pick-up and delivery of goods. - Maintaining your truck in immaculate condition. - Providing exceptional service to delight our customers every day. Requirements To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements: - A current Class 2 Licence. - A Transport Service Licence (TSL). - Forklift and Dangerous Goods Licences. - A strong understanding of the Ashburton region. - Access to appropriate financing for the purchase of a brand new vehicle. - Strong communication skills and a commitment to personal presentation.
