About the Role We are currently seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable and Credit Control professional to join our team, with the opportunity to work from either our Thames or Wiri location. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Accounts Receivable and Credit Control functions across our entities in both Australia and New Zealand. Your duties will include supporting the business with customer account setups, managing credit limits, and handling various related tasks. To be considered for this position, you should have at least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or a similar accounting role. Given the complexity of the position, familiarity with Australian and/or New Zealand accounting practices in a corporate environment is essential. About You We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and attributes: - A solid understanding of accounting principles. - Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in MS Excel. - Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, ensuring that deadlines and KPIs are met. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas and expectations clearly and confidently over the phone. - Exceptional customer service skills and a high level of attention to detail. - A professional demeanor with a commitment to integrity and confidentiality. - A desire to develop a thorough understanding of geosynthetics and their design functions. - Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a proactive approach to tasks. - Strong coordination skills to work effectively with team members. - A good work ethic, adaptability, and a positive attitude. - Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain collaborative relationships across all levels. Desirable qualifications include: - An accounting or credit qualification. - Experience with NetSuite. - Knowledge of laws pertaining to commercial credit and PPSR/PPSA.
