About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Accounts Receivable & Credit Control professional, located in either Thames or Wiri. In this role, you will manage the Accounts Receivable and Credit Control functions across our Group entities in Australia and New Zealand. You will also support the business with customer account setups, managing credit limits, and related tasks. To succeed in this position, you will need a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or a similar accounting role. Given the complexities of the role, familiarity with Australian and/or New Zealand accounting practices in a corporate environment is essential. About You We are looking for candidates who possess the following skills and attributes: - A solid understanding of accounting principles. - Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced MS Excel skills. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and KPIs. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas and information clearly and confidently. - Strong customer service skills and a high attention to detail. - Professional integrity, confidentiality, and a polished corporate appearance. - A keen interest in developing a deep understanding of geosynthetics and their design functions. - Self-motivated, enthusiastic, proactive, and able to take initiative. - Ability to coordinate effectively with team members and adapt to changing circumstances. - A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude. - Approachable with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining collaborative relationships at all levels. Desirable Qualifications - Accountancy and/or credit qualifications. - Experience with NetSuite. - Knowledge of laws related to commercial credit and PPSR/PPSA.
