About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager for a two-month contract within our Group Performance and Planning team. In this role, you will play a vital part in key project work, long and short-term planning, and enhancing financial performance. You will work closely with the senior leadership team as well as the broader business, contributing to high-level reporting and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes.
- Leading the preparation of various leadership and board papers.
- Providing high-level insights into group results.
- Driving process improvements for group and external reporting.
- Assisting with year-end requirements.
- Addressing ad hoc queries related to group performance.
We are looking for a senior FP&A Manager with a strong background in long-term planning, partnership with executive teams, and group performance reporting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels.
We value someone who can maintain a big-picture perspective while also being willing to engage with the numbers and details.
Requirements
- Proven FP&A experience, particularly in a technology or similar high-paced environment.
- Strong skills in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience collaborating with senior leadership and executive teams.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results within tight deadlines.
