At MindFull, you will never feel like “just” a support worker; we reject that notion and celebrate the unique contributions each team member brings. Requirements To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications: - A full driver’s license - A Level 4 or higher qualification in a health or youth-related field - Experience in the healthcare or community sector working with youth - Your own reliable vehicle with a current warrant and registration Candidates who progress through our interview process will demonstrate the following qualities: - Experience working in high-risk environments - A proactive and adventurous spirit - Strong professional boundaries and effective communication skills - A collaborative mindset, eager to work alongside your team and clients - Understanding of mana-enhancing support approaches - Previous experience in trauma-informed care and mental health strategies, including de-escalation and active listening - Cultural awareness and a growth mindset, open to new research and methods - Confidence in navigating crises and working with individuals with high and complex needs - Flexibility in your approach and the ability to follow plans - Self-awareness and reflective practice - An interest in maintaining a work-life balance, with openness to a casual contract and flexible hours Benefits We invite you to explore a rewarding career with us.
