Description
About the Company
At MindFull Support, we take a unique approach to our team dynamics. Unlike many organizations that focus primarily on what they need from their employees, we prioritize what we can offer you. Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that by supporting our team members, we can collectively achieve greater success.
About the Role
We are excited to provide a work environment that promotes a healthy work-life balance. Our team often works in blocks of 48 to 72 hours per week, allowing for four to five days off to pursue personal interests and activities outside of work. We also offer shorter shifts ranging from four to eight hours. While regular hours typically require covering one weekend shift every two weeks, we encourage flexibility to meet your needs.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to travel across various locations in the North Island for work. We are committed to your ongoing professional development and offer continuous learning opportunities. Our office team is dedicated to supporting you rather than the other way around, ensuring you feel valued and heard.
You will provide support to individuals experiencing mental health concerns or intellectual disabilities, helping them establish daily routines and engaging activities. You will be part of a supportive team that genuinely cares about our clients, and your opinion will play a crucial role in shaping our organization's direction and approach to support.
Additionally, we provide regular clinical and cultural supervision, allowing you to debrief and receive support whenever necessary. At MindFull, you will never feel like “just” a support worker; we reject that notion and celebrate the unique contributions each team member brings.
