About the Role We are seeking an experienced and reliable Digger Operator to join us in executing a variety of civil construction projects. In this role, you will engage in essential tasks such as trenching, drainage, site preparation, roading, and general earthworks. Key Responsibilities - Operate excavators and other machinery safely and efficiently on civil construction sites. - Perform trenching, backfilling, final trim, and general excavation tasks. - Conduct daily pre-start checks and ensure basic machine maintenance. - Collaborate with supervisors and ground crews to ensure timely project completion. - Adhere to all health and safety protocols as well as company procedures. What We’re Looking For - Previous experience as a digger or excavator operator in the civil construction field. - A valid WTR endorsement and a full driver’s license. - A strong commitment to safety and meticulous attention to detail. - The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
