About the Role We are currently seeking Kiwifruit Pickers to join our team for the upcoming harvest. In this role, you will work collaboratively with your teammates to harvest kiwifruit according to established standards. This position is physical and outdoor-based, requiring individuals who are reliable, possess a strong work ethic, and can adapt to varying work schedules. The harvest season is expected to commence in the second week of March. The primary location for this work will be in Te Puke, known as the Kiwifruit Capital of the World. Work hours may be available from Monday to Sunday, with peak season offering up to 40 hours per week. We encourage a season filled with teamwork, fun, and exercise. Please note that work availability is subject to weather conditions and fruit clearance. Earnings for this role are based on a piece rate, with potential earnings ranging from $26 to $35 per hour, depending on your team's efficiency. Specific rates will be discussed upon signing your contract.
