About the Role As a Commercial Cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients' spaces are clean, sanitised, and well-maintained. This position offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $23.50 to $25.00, with guaranteed hours of 30 per week and the potential to work up to 50 hours per week during peak periods. Your work will primarily take place in Tauranga. Your responsibilities will include: - Cleaning and sanitising various commercial spaces, including offices and common areas - Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and managing waste disposal - Cleaning restrooms and restocking necessary supplies - Maintaining cleanliness of assigned sites to meet required standards - Adhering to health and safety practices - Traveling to different work locations as required (travel costs will be covered) - Safely and correctly using cleaning equipment and chemicals - Reporting any maintenance or supply issues to the supervisor - Following work schedules and instructions from management Requirements To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following requirements: - Possession of a full class 1 or equivalent license - Ability to drive manual vehicles - Reliability and physical fitness - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Legal entitlement to work in New Zealand - Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required - Willingness to work during weekends, evenings, early morning shifts, and public holidays as rostered - Clear criminal record and ability to pass a drug and alcohol test Benefits We offer a supportive work environment, competitive pay, and the opportunity to be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence in service.
