About the Role We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Installer to join our dedicated team. In this full-time role, you will work with premium materials such as granite, marble, quartz, engineered sintered stone, zero-silica products, and porcelain. Your primary responsibilities will include the installation of handcrafted surfaces for high-end residential projects and commercial fit-outs, ensuring precision and a flawless finish. This position offers competitive wages ranging from $30 to $43 per hour for employees, and $45 to $60 per hour for contractors, with opportunities for overtime. What You'll Be Doing In this role, you will: - Transport, assemble, and install custom stone benchtops and surfaces - Read and interpret job templates, plans, and specifications - Complete quality installations within scheduled timeframes - Ensure a precise fit and seamless finish to meet our quality standards - Conduct on-site inspections, repairs, and maintenance as necessary - Uphold high standards in health and safety, cleanliness, and craftsmanship About You The ideal candidate will have: - Previous experience in installing both natural stone and sintered surfaces, although other relevant installation experience will also be considered - Skills in measuring and templating (preferred) - Confidence in using tools and machinery - Strong attention to detail and workmanship - Reliability, safety consciousness, and self-motivation - A Tauranga base, with a willingness to occasionally work overnight - Flexibility to work full-time, including overtime as needed Why Join Pacific Stone?
