About the Role We are seeking a Procurement Business Partner - Support Functions to join our team and help deliver strategic procurement, vendor management, and procurement-led initiatives that drive value across Ryman. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our internal stakeholders, translating their business needs into effective procurement strategies. In this role, you will lead sourcing and tender processes, negotiate supplier agreements, and foster strong relationships with both vendors and internal teams across our Support Functions, which include IT, Sales and Marketing, People and Culture, and Finance. Key responsibilities of this position include: - Collaborating with the Procurement Manager to plan and implement procurement strategies and category plans that align with our business objectives. - Identifying cost-saving opportunities and spearheading procurement initiatives that maximize value while focusing on cost-effectiveness, risk mitigation, and value creation. - Managing relationships with key suppliers to ensure optimal pricing, service levels, and delivery. - Evaluating potential suppliers to ensure they meet our company requirements. - Working closely with senior stakeholders, with support from the Procurement Manager and GM Procurement, to achieve results in a cross-functional, category-based environment. You possess a strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into effective procurement strategies. Your experience includes transforming business requirements and priorities into commercial outcomes while mitigating risk through supply agreements and relationships.
