About the Role
We are currently seeking an individual to join our operations team on a part-time basis for a 6-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory across multiple partners, working 20 to 25 hours a week over four to five flexible days in Christchurch. Your sharp attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly, with your efforts making a significant impact on our mission to provide the best for pets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reconciling inventory monthly with logistics and manufacturing partners.
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies between our ERP system and partner records.
- Ensuring that data aligns accurately with physical stock levels.
- Supporting audits and maintaining data integrity.
- Collaborating with partners on stock movements and providing administrative support to the team.
This is a fast-paced role where precision is essential, offering rewarding work in a dynamic environment.
About You
We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail who enjoys methodically solving problems. You should be proficient in Excel, comfortable working with pivot tables and formulas, and able to communicate clearly with both internal and external teams. Experience in reconciling stock or working within fast-moving goods, manufacturing, or logistics is a plus.
