About the Role
Our Green Team at the Masterton branch is seeking a skilled and motivated Excavator Operator to join our dynamic Subdivisions team. In this role, you will contribute to our projects while ensuring safety and efficiency in all operations.
What You'll Bring to the Role
To be successful in this position, you will need to possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- A Class 2 licence with WTR is essential.
- Experience in roading and infrastructure is required.
- Familiarity with drainage or maintenance work is beneficial.
- A strong focus on health and safety for yourself, your colleagues, and the public.
- Self-motivation and a positive attitude, with the ability to think independently.
- A high level of physical fitness due to the nature of the role.
- Reliability, honesty, and flexibility as a team player.
