About the Role
We are currently seeking Inbound Consultants to join our award-winning National Advice & Service Centre team. As the voice of FMG and the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include addressing queries, solving problems, and ensuring that we consistently meet our promise of providing a world-class customer experience.
This role goes beyond simply answering the phone. We expect you to identify and request quality referrals, recognize opportunities, and promote the benefits of being part of FMG to both existing clients and potential new members. We are looking for passionate individuals who are eager to build a career with us and excel in a service-oriented environment.
Requirements
To thrive in this position, you will need to possess an excellent telephone manner, strong listening skills, and a dedication to customer service. Problem-solving abilities and adaptability are essential, as is the willingness to learn and retain complex information. A high level of computer literacy is also important for success in this role.
