About the Role
We are currently seeking a Customer Care Representative for a fixed-term position based at our office located at 145 Orchard Road, Harewood, Christchurch. This role will run from October 6, 2025, to January 9, 2026, with full-time hours of 40 per week, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
In this position, you will be responsible for receiving and responding to customer inquiries across various platforms, including phone, email, and social media. You will resolve customer queries end to end while navigating multiple systems. Your customer service skills will be vital in managing challenging situations, with support provided as necessary.
Please note that candidates will be required to undergo online testing to assess their technical capabilities. If selected, you will need to complete this testing promptly. Additionally, you must be available for an in-person evaluation for half a day between September 1 and September 3, 2025.
