About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our established construction team. In this role, you will play an integral part in our operations, contributing to our strong pipeline of work and fostering our team culture. We are looking for someone who consistently maintains high standards and is eager to take on a leading role among seasoned professionals.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Protecting the deal by adhering to budgetary constraints
- Identifying commercial risk factors
- Managing administration and documentation control
- Communicating and collaborating with various stakeholders
- Overseeing contract management
- Assisting the estimation team
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Construction Law, or a relevant industry field
- A minimum of 3 years of industry experience in contract management practices
- A working knowledge of specific contract laws and building contracts
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs and other relevant software
- Strong communication, team management, and leadership skills
