About the Role We are currently seeking a reliable and physically fit Civil Labourer to join our team. This is a hands-on position that involves supporting machine operators on-site. Your responsibilities will include tasks such as raking, checking levels, general labouring, compacting, and potentially operating a roller. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: - Assist machine operators on civil construction sites - Perform raking, shovelling, and general ground preparation work - Check levels and help ensure accuracy on-site - Work safely and efficiently as part of a team - Operate a roller and compactor if required (training or experience preferred) Requirements To be successful in this position, we are looking for candidates who are: - Physically fit and capable of manual labour - Attentive and able to follow instructions effectively - Possessing a strong work ethic and reliable attendance record - Previous civil or construction experience is a plus - Able to pass a pre-employment drug test Benefits We offer a competitive salary of $23.50 per hour, with higher rates available for experienced candidates.
