About the Role We are currently seeking experienced scaffolders to join our team in the Hawkes Bay area. We are looking for individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional service while ensuring safety on every project. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for the following: - Erecting, dismantling, and maintaining scaffolding structures in accordance with safety and quality standards. - Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical documents. - Ensuring that all scaffolding work complies with safety regulations and industry standards. - Collaborating with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently. - Maintaining tools and equipment to ensure they remain in safe working condition. Requirements To be successful in this position, you should meet the following criteria: - Proven experience as a scaffolder. - A valid scaffolding qualification or certification. - A strong understanding of scaffolding techniques and safety regulations. - The ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. - Reliable transportation to commute to work. - The capability to pass a pre-employment drug test. - Valid working rights in New Zealand.
