About the Role In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in family homes, helping busy families maintain a clean and organized living environment. We offer flexible hours, allowing you to choose your own schedule, with options to work as little as 10 hours up to 38 or more hours per week. Work is available Monday through Friday, and there are no weekend or evening shifts required. We understand that many individuals may be seeking a change from retail, hospitality, or the health industry. This position guarantees secure work as long as you meet our clients’ needs, and you can enjoy the freedom of managing your own schedule and workload. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have your own car for transportation. While you do not need to provide cleaning products or equipment for regular weekly or fortnightly jobs, you will need these for move-in/move-out and spring cleans, along with relevant experience. We also provide training and an extensive manual to ensure you are well-prepared to meet our clients’ expectations. Additionally, you will receive Public Liability Insurance coverage while you are working. Benefits As part of our agency, you will earn $30 per hour for regular weekly or fortnightly bookings. For move-in/move-out and spring cleans, you will earn $50 per hour, provided you have the necessary experience and equipment. You will also have the flexibility to decide which jobs you accept, along with the support of a dedicated Area Manager to assist you in your role.
