About the Role
We are seeking a Pick Packer to join our warehouse team on a part-time basis, working on Saturdays and Sundays. In this role, you will be responsible for packing goods in a fast-paced chiller and freezer environment. Your contribution will be essential to maintaining our operational standards and achieving team goals.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Experience with voice picking or RF scanning.
- Previous experience in chiller and freezer picking is essential.
- Familiarity with pallet trucks.
- Strong pick packing skills, demonstrating accuracy and speed.
- Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting, with a maximum weight of up to 25 kg.
- A positive attitude and a team-player mindset.
- Prior experience with inwards and outwards goods.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.

To be Successful You
To thrive in this role, you will need to:
- Attend a site tour and complete mandatory training during the week, from Monday to Wednesday, between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm.
- Pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Have the legal right to work in New Zealand without restrictions.
- Undergo a pre-employment Ministry of Justice check.
- Provide at least two contactable references.
- Have reliable transport to and from work.
