With more than 40 locations across New Zealand and mobile van services in Auckland, we have established a trusted reputation for reliable repairs, vehicle servicing, and automotive maintenance. About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable people leader to fill a crucial role in our retail store in Christchurch. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key part in our efforts to grow and expand within the Hamilton region. This is a full-time position requiring 45 hours of work per week, from Monday to Saturday. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing product profitability and sales performance - Training and developing staff to enhance their skills - Building and nurturing strong relationships with both new and existing customers - Ensuring accurate stock management and maintaining quality control - Adhering to best practices in Health & Safety procedures To be successful in this role, you will need: - A full, clean New Zealand Driver's License - A minimum of three years of proven management experience, showcasing your retail sales and people management skills - Previous experience in the tyre or automotive industry - An exceptional attitude and a positive approach to work - A determination and desire to inspire and lead your team - Strong commercial acumen and business management skills Benefits We are proud to offer: - A supportive work culture with ongoing assistance in your role - Competitive remuneration ranging from $75,000 to $77,500 per annum, along with a company vehicle and profit-sharing scheme - Real opportunities for career advancement and professional development - Staff and family discounts, benefits, and buying privileges Please Note: As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment medical and drug test.
