About the Role We are looking for an ambitious and driven warehouse professional to step into the role of Hub Operations Manager. This position is designed for someone who has spent a few years in the warehousing industry, has experience in leading or mentoring a small team, and is eager to take on additional responsibilities. In this fast-paced, high-performing warehouse environment, you will play a crucial role in day-to-day operations while receiving full support to develop your leadership skills. What You Will Be Doing - Leading and supporting a small team to ensure smooth operations - Learning and influencing all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, dispatch, inventory, and logistics - Identifying areas for efficiency gains and process improvements - Serving as a liaison between the team and senior leadership - Taking ownership of your role and contributing to a high-performing culture What We Are Looking For - 2 to 4 years of hands-on warehouse experience - Some experience in supervising or mentoring others, whether formally or informally - A current forklift license is preferred - A proactive individual who communicates effectively and leads by example - Legal eligibility to live and work in New Zealand Benefits - Starting pay of $26 to $28 per hour, with ample opportunities for growth as you take on more responsibilities - On-the-job development and mentoring to help you lead with confidence - Broad exposure to all warehouse functions, rather than being confined to one area - A supportive team culture that values ambition, effort, and reliability This role presents a meaningful opportunity to build a career in logistics and warehousing that goes beyond just clocking in and out.
