About the Role
We are currently seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, particularly those who enjoy working night shifts. As a member of our close-knit night loading team, you will bring a personable demeanor, a great sense of humor, and a strong work ethic. We value self-motivated individuals with excellent time management skills who focus on providing outstanding service.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Reliability and dependability
- Energy and enthusiasm for a physically active role, as the majority of the work involves hand-stacking pallets
- A reasonable level of literacy and numeracy to effectively read manifests
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Forklift experience is preferred but not essential
This position is permanent and full-time, with hours from 12:00 AM to 8:30 AM (Monday to Thursday) and 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM (Friday).
Requirements
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who demonstrate the following attributes:
- A reliable and energetic nature
- Physical capability for manual handling tasks
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Forklift experience is a plus, although not mandatory
