We are currently seeking experienced Aluminum Fabricators to join our team and support project work throughout New Zealand. About the Role We have full-time Aluminum Fabricator positions available, with roles located across all regions of New Zealand based on project demand. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled fabricators who are open to relocating or traveling as necessary. We guarantee a minimum of 30 hours of work per week, and our roles are permanent in nature. Pay and Benefits We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $24.00 to $28.00, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide personal protective equipment (PPE) and tools where required. Our projects span commercial, residential, and infrastructure sectors, giving you a diverse range of work experiences. Key Responsibilities As an Aluminum Fabricator, your primary responsibilities will include: - Fabricating, assembling, and installing aluminum components and structures. - Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings and blueprints. - Operating hand and power tools relevant to aluminum fabrication. - Ensuring all work complies with health, safety, and quality standards. - Working at various sites as required by project deployment. Skills and Experience Required To be considered for this role, you should possess: - A minimum of 3 years of experience in aluminum fabrication, whether locally or overseas. - The ability to read and interpret technical drawings effectively. - Proficiency in welding, cutting, and shaping aluminum materials. - A trade qualification or NZQA-recognized experience is preferred. - The capability to work independently and travel between job sites. - A strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
