About the Role We are currently seeking a part-time Multi Domestic staff member to join our team at the Karadean Court Facility. This facility is uniquely located in the serene, rural town of Oxford, providing a peaceful environment that is conveniently close to local shops, cafes, and the library. With spacious accommodations, premium studio rooms, and large lounges that offer breathtaking views of the mid-Canterbury hills, our facility is a wonderful place to work. In this multi-faceted role, you will cover three essential areas of domestic services for both the facility and its residents: 1. Kitchen Hand: You will provide support to the Kitchen Manager and Cook, ensuring that all kitchen duties are performed professionally. Your role will involve assisting in delivering nutritious and visually appealing meals while adhering to food hygiene regulations. 2. Laundry Operator: In this capacity, you will manage laundry services for the facility, ensuring that all laundry-related tasks are completed to a high standard and in a professional manner. 3. Domestic Cleaner: You will support the Facility Manager and team members by maintaining a clean and hygienic environment. This includes performing all cleaning duties to the standards required by the Facility Manager. Part-time shifts are available, including weekends and statutory holidays, with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week. This role has the potential to develop into a permanent part-time position. Requirements - Previous experience in a domestic support role is preferred but not mandatory. - A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication skills.
