We are currently seeking individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy a challenge to join our team in Napier as Full Time Urban Bus Drivers. About the Role We are looking for Permanent Full Time Urban Bus Drivers at our Napier Depot. This position involves participating in a roster, with a minimum of 40 hours worked across any five days of the week. The current gross hourly rate for this role is NZ$30.47. Successful candidates will undergo at least three weeks of comprehensive training to ensure they meet our high standards for customer service and safe driving practices. Uniforms will be provided as part of the role. As a Full Time Urban Bus Driver, your responsibilities will include: - Delivering exceptional customer service to all passengers - Safely operating a public passenger vehicle - Ensuring a safe and comfortable journey for customers while adhering to bus timetables Requirements To be considered for this role, you will need: - A current Class 2 Driver’s Licence - A Passenger (P) Endorsement - Strong customer service skills - A positive attitude - Experience with cash handling While prior experience as a professional driver is advantageous, it is not essential, as we provide thorough training for all new drivers.
