About the Role
We are currently looking for a qualified and compassionate counsellor to join our expanding pastoral network. This is a part-time, fixed-term position requiring 21 hours of work per week. The role will begin on 14 July 2025 and conclude on 5 December 2025, covering for maternity leave.
The ideal candidate will be a registered counsellor, preferably with experience in a school setting or working with adolescents. We are seeking someone who is passionate about the development of young men, can effectively maintain connections with external agencies, and is committed to contributing to the broader life of our school community.
Requirements
- Registration as a qualified counsellor.
- Experience working in schools or with adolescents is preferred.
- A strong passion for the development of young men.
- Ability to maintain networks with external agencies.
- Commitment to the wider school community.
Benefits
This role offers an hourly pay rate along with a qualification allowance.
