About the Role We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Support Workers in our residential service located in New Plymouth. In this permanent, full-time role, you will work closely with rangatahi and tamariki in our Intensive Support Services. As a Support Worker, your primary responsibility will be to assist young individuals in living as independently as possible within their community. You will create a safe environment that fosters confidence and skill development, while also encouraging social interactions and friendships.
