We are currently seeking an Inventory Control Team Leader who will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards across our Henderson and Westgate stores.
About the Role
As the Inventory Control Team Leader, you will be instrumental in ensuring our inventory is well-managed and our operations run smoothly. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Overseeing inventory accuracy both physically and within our systems (Pacsoft)
- Leading and coaching a high-performing stock control team
- Investigating stock discrepancies and implementing effective solutions
- Maintaining and refining our stock control processes
- Championing GAP management and ensuring compliance across all areas
- Coordinating and overseeing stocktake planning and execution
This role requires precision and leadership, ensuring that the right product is always in the right place.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a blend of analytical expertise, interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach, including:
- Previous experience in stock control or inventory management
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing or mentoring a team
- Strong computer literacy, particularly with stock management systems
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
- Effective time management and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- A customer-first focus, understanding that even behind-the-scenes service is vital
This role is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
