About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional People & Culture Administrator to join our friendly and dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering essential HR processes and services to support our crew. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for our team members. You will also act as the superuser for our HR Information System, providing support to users and continuously seeking improvements.
Daily tasks will involve managing pre-employment checks, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and providing general HR administrative support, which includes recruitment, organizational development, and policy management. You will be responsible for supporting crew inductions and maintaining up-to-date employment records while contributing to the execution of our People Strategy to help nurture our vibrant culture.
This position is suitable for either a recent HR graduate eager to build a career in a people-focused environment or an experienced HR Administrator looking to apply their skills in a creative and fast-paced setting.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A solid understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices
- Excellent written communication skills and a keen attention to detail
- A strong customer service orientation, as you will interact with colleagues across the business
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Proficiency in technology, particularly in MS Word, Excel, and HR platforms
