We are excited to announce a fixed-term opportunity within our Corporate Services team, specifically for a People and Culture Coordinator.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our growing People and Culture (P&C) function. This role is essential in supporting our HR and Health & Safety initiatives, especially as we embark on an exciting new client contract.
In collaboration with the People and Culture Advisor, you will play a vital role in enhancing our policies, processes, and overall employee experience. Your responsibilities will include managing HR administration, onboarding, training coordination, and providing support for employee engagement initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting end-to-end HR administration, including recruitment, onboarding, and contractor renewals
- Assisting with updates to policies and documentation to ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements
- Coordinating training sessions, workshops, and engagement initiatives
- Serving as a friendly point of contact for employee queries
- Aiding in data reporting and process improvement
- Supporting Health & Safety management and participating in various project work across the business
What We're Looking For
- A solid understanding of the HR lifecycle and proven administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a tech-savvy approach
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build relationships
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to multitask
- Discretion and reliability in handling sensitive information
- A proactive, resilient team player who maintains a positive attitude
