As we open our new Brougham store, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team and help us make our Brougham Mega the top destination for both trade and DIY customers. About the Role We are currently seeking passionate individuals to fill permanent full-time positions, working Sunday to Thursday for approximately 42.5 hours per week. If you have a knack for customer service and enjoy helping people find exactly what they need, we would love to meet you. Your ability to connect with customers and close sales will be vital to our success. What You Will Be Doing In this role, you will engage customers with energy and enthusiasm while demonstrating your expert product knowledge. You will understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions, all while creating a fun and welcoming shopping experience. Additionally, you will maintain a well-presented seasonal area and work alongside a supportive and driven team. What We Are Looking For We are looking for candidates who have a passion for selling and helping others. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the confidence to recommend and upsell products. Reliability and a positive, can-do attitude are also important qualities. While previous retail or sales experience is a plus, it is not a requirement.
