Our butchery team plays a vital role in achieving this goal, and we are currently looking to expand our team with a qualified and experienced retail butcher. About the Role We are seeking a skilled butcher to join our busy and productive butchery team. In this full-time position, you will work collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver a diverse range of butchery products that meet our high standards. The role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. We value excellent time management skills and a customer-first approach. This position involves working 40 hours per week, including Saturdays and ideally Sundays. Specific days and shift times are flexible and will be discussed during the interview process. Key Responsibilities - Prioritize our customers' needs and ensure they receive outstanding service - Slice, cut, and prepare meats for display in an appealing manner - Maintain our high-quality standards in all products - Assist customers with their selections and provide recommendations - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as food safety procedures Requirements The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes: - Relevant qualifications and retail experience in butchery - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Personable and positive demeanor - Initiative and a willingness to innovate Benefits We invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team.
