About the Role We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee the sKids Programme, managing both its setup and daily operations. In this role, you will play a key part in building strong relationships with our school communities while contributing to the growth and development of “AWESOME kiwi kids.” Your responsibilities will include providing day-to-day supervisory care for programme delivery, managing communication with parents and schools, and overseeing administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for managing staff and team members to ensure a positive working environment. The role requires a commitment of 15+ hours per week, scheduled between our before and after school programmes. Additional hours may be available during school holiday programmes. The working hours are as follows: Before School: 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM After School: 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM Holiday Programmes: Anytime between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM This position is located in Papatoetoe Central, Auckland. Requirements We are looking for someone who has: - A strong passion for working with children aged 5-12 and inspiring their confidence and authenticity. - Previous experience in childcare or education, particularly in organizing before and after school programmes. - Excellent communication skills, as you will serve as the primary contact between sKids and parents. - A valid New Zealand work or student visa, or be a New Zealand resident or citizen. - Applicants must be over the age of 20 years to comply with Social Security (Childcare Assistance) Regulations 2004.
