In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the store manager with day-to-day operations, fostering a positive customer experience, and leading our team to achieve sales targets. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, visual merchandising, and ensuring that our store reflects the quality and style of the Calvin Klein brand. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have previous supervisory or management experience within the customer service or retail apparel industry. You will need to demonstrate a proven track record of achieving key performance indicators, including sales and wage budgets, units per transaction, conversion rates, and shrinkage management. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team are essential. We are looking for someone with a keen attention to detail, particularly in stock management and visual merchandising. An entrepreneurial mindset is crucial, as you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities. Additionally, a vibrant and positive attitude, along with impeccable grooming and personal presentation, is expected.
