About the Role We are seeking an inspiring leader for our Centre Manager position who prioritizes people and brings heart to their work. Our center, licensed for 100 tamariki, is a lively and joyful environment filled with laughter and discovery. You will have the opportunity to enhance our meaningful partnerships with Kaiako, whanau, and the wider community while collaborating closely with your Area Manager to drive occupancy success. As our Centre Manager, you will blend heart-led leadership with practical know-how, empowering your team to shine while managing daily operations smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who is excited to lead with purpose, support quality practices, and foster growth in others. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should hold an ECE qualification and Full Teaching Registration. We are looking for someone who has previously led a center and understands how to create a joyful, high-performing environment.
