We proudly serve agents and customers in every dairying nation around the globe. About the Role We are currently looking for an energetic all-rounder to join our team at our Horotiu Head Office. This workshop-based position offers a variety of tasks related to metal finishing activities, including stainless steel grinding and polishing, bead blasting, electropolishing, sand blasting, and spray painting. Additionally, you will be responsible for general workshop duties such as light fabrication, component assembly, and other tasks associated with our manufacturing operations. To be successful in this role, you should have: - Relevant trade experience is advantageous but not essential, including panel beating, painting, light engineering, or workshop experience. - A good level of physical fitness and the ability to perform safe manual lifting tasks. - Comfort in working environments that may be noisy, dusty, and at times confined. - Experience working with resins, abrasives, paints, chemical cleaning agents, and prepping agents. - The ability to adhere to safety protocols by wearing full personal protective equipment (PPE). - A keen eye for detail and a natural inclination toward quality assurance. - A solid understanding of metal finishing requirements, particularly concerning internal and external surface finishes and standards related to the dairy industry.
