Production Operator

About the Role We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Production Operator to join the team at the end of August. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the production process. Your responsibilities will include servicing and properly utilizing equipment, tools, and machinery. Flexibility in working hours and days is important, as overtime and weekend shifts may be required. Key Responsibilities - Carry out production operations in accordance with written work instructions. - Accurately record data and production information. - Maintain equipment and tools in a clean and serviceable condition. - Report any faults or issues to the Production Supervisor. - Perform additional duties as directed by the Supervisor. Preferred Qualifications and Experience - A minimum of 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. - Good computer skills and attention to detail. - A current forklift license and/or overhead crane license (preferred but not essential). Additional Requirements - Flexibility to work both day and night shifts. - Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
