About the Role
We are currently looking for a dedicated Construction Labourer to join our top-tier team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to significant civil construction projects across New Zealand. What You'll Do
As a Construction Labourer, your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging in heavy-duty tasks such as site preparation, trenching, backfilling, compacting, and concrete work.
- Performing manual labour, which includes shovelling, lifting, and moving materials.
- Maintaining clean, organized, and hazard-free worksites to ensure smooth operations.
- Working safely alongside heavy machinery while remaining alert and focused to keep the team on track.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- WTR endorsements or Site Safe certification are highly advantageous.
- Prior experience in civil construction or roading is a significant benefit.
- Physical fitness and a strong focus on safety are essential.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are required.
- Flexibility to work long hours and occasionally stay away from home to complete projects.
